I have over 4 years experience coaching with Chelsea FC in the UK and overseas, having worked with Chelsea Ladies in their FA WSL Premier League and FA Cup winning season in 2015 and also Strength and Conditioning with Wasps Rugby Junior Academy.
Now focused on working with a range of individual athletes in a variety of sports currently including Rugby, Football, Boxing, Mixed Material Arts and Athletics. Areas of specialty include developing strength, speed, power, and conditioning while focusing on mobility and injury prevention.
